Australian Customers -  Shipping Within Australia

All orders are shipped next business day (Monday to Friday) after your order is placed and payment received.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, orders and have tracking & insurance, your tracking number will be automatically forwarded to the email account you used to register with once your order has been despatched, please make sure you mark emails from BMX Works as not junk mail so you receive your email order updates.

Please include your phone number when registering with BMX Works, this is because we then include your phone number with your address on your parcel, this helps Australia Post a lot if they cannot find you via the address supplied.
Note: Orders are NOT normally shipped same day, they are shipped next business day, but if for some reason you need something extra urgent, please Contact Us and we will see if we can get your order out quicker, we cannot guarantee this but will ship same day if we can.

Note: Australia Post Express Post is NOT an overnight service, we are located in rural Victoria and Australia Post DO NOT promise next day delivery to all areas when we post Express, but using Express Post will get your item to you quicker than Regular Parcel Post.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and insurance using International Standard or International Express depending on weight and your choice at checkout, all posted orders must be signed for upon delivery, your tracking number will be forwarded to you via email once your order has been despatched.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any customs duty or taxes within their own country, you should check with your local authorities as to what if any taxes or duties may be charged against your inward coming freight.

Any orders placed requsting total price to be manually changed or marked as gift to avoid any taxes/duties etc will be cancelled and refunded and you will be banned from buying off us.. 

All other international customer should contact their local authorities to learn and understand your responsibilities as an importer

You must include your phone number when signing up, we need to supply this on the consignment note for all overseas deliveries, it also helps if your local post office need to contact you when your parcel arrives in your country if for some reason they can not find your address etc

All other countries, your deliveries will come via your counties post service, check your coutries relevant website


Returns Policy

You may return most new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund less 2.5% handling fee & original delivery fee.
After 30 days you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
No returns accepted after 60 days.
We will refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

We will not pay the return shipping costs or refund you the original shipping costs if the error is made by you the customer, these include but are not limited to

  • You ordered the wrong style.
  • You ordered the brand.
  • You ordered the wrong quantity.
  • You ordered the wrong colour (Note: different computer screens & mobile devices will show different shades of colour (please understand this before placing an order) if you are chasing a specific colour ask before ordering, we are happy to help.
  • You ordered the wrong size (Note: we always say "measure twice order once").
  • You noted the wrong address on your order (Note: please always double check the address on your order, this is most important for international customers).
  • If your return is for any of the abopve reasons you will be issued with a store credit on return of the item


If you need to return an item, simply log into the store, go to your orders, find the order you ordered the item on, find the item on that order and click the return link next to the item, then choose a reason for the retutn, you will them be emailed the return information including return address etc

We will notify you via return e-mail of your refund/store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
